How to check your payment went through
So you have placed your order and hopefully you received an email receipt from us straight away. If not maybe it got stuck in your Junk Email folder.
The receipt from us is a summary of your order for your records. The order number shown on it is useful if you need to contact us.
Open your bitcoin wallet and check for your transaction. Over the first hour or two you will see the number of confirmations counting up – about one per ten minutes normally.
We see these confirmations as well so you don’t need to advise us anything. When the count gets to 6 or more we consider this a valid payment.
You should check that you have paid the right amount. Your wallet should be able to show you the currency equivalent that you paid. If you have a CoPay wallet, click the BTC or Bits
icon next to the amount. That amount should match the amount on your receipt we emailed you. If it is way off, then the easiest solution is to place a new order, pay the full amount
for the new order and request us to refund your previous payment. We can process your refund quickly.
When we are happy that your order has been fully paid, we will email you an order acceptance within 24 hours.
