Shipping to the U.S. has not yet resumed. We are awaiting final confirmation from Qantas Airways’ legal team that it is safe to uplift parcels to the U.S.
This delay is affecting all international shipments into the U.S. until airlines and postal services receive legal clearance. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control.
Australia Post, who work in partnership with Qantas for international freight, has announced it expects to resume U.S. services by 25 September. On this basis, we remain confident that parcels will be uplifted within September and possibly within the coming days.
Orders can still be placed as usual. Our team will pack your items and dispatch them to our postal agent, where they will be securely held until Qantas resumes services.
