InhousePharmacy.vu is owned and operated by Pacific Health Ltd, a licensed pharmacy located in Vanuatu. This privacy statement is issued as part of our obligations to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and this privacy statement applies to all our customers, not just to our EU customers.

Personal data

Under the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) personal data is defined as:

“any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person ('data subject'); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person”.

How we use your information

All personal information we collect from you will be stored securely and access to that information will be restricted to the use we say it will be used for.

This privacy statement tells you how we, Pacific Health Ltd, will collect and use your personal data for processing your orders. It covers information you provide on our websites, via email, fax or telephone and any other means, including from other sources. It also applies to our use of cookies, profiling and complaints.

Why does Pacific Health Ltd need to collect and store personal data?

In order for us to supply you with your order we need to collect personal data so we can fulfil it. You will be providing us with your name, address and billing details and information we need to meet our legal obligations such as your date of birth confirming you are an adult, and the products you buy are for your personal use and not for resale.

Will Pacific Health Ltd share my personal data with anyone else?

We may pass your personal data on to third-party service providers and our bank or our payment processor contracted to Pacific Health Ltd in the course of dealing with you and to facilitate your payment. Any third parties that we may share your data with are obliged to keep your details securely, and to use them only to fulfil the service they provide you on our behalf. When they no longer need your data to fulfil this service, they will dispose of the details in line with privacy regulations and Pacific Health Ltd’s procedures. We will endeavour to keep your information accurate and up to date, and not keep it for longer than is necessary. Pacific Health Ltd is required to retain information in accordance with the law, such as information needed for income tax and audit purposes. How long certain kinds of personal data should be kept may also be governed by specific business-sector requirements and agreed practices. Personal data may be held in addition to these periods depending on individual business needs.

Under what circumstances will Pacific Health Ltd contact me?

Our aim is not to be intrusive, and we undertake not to ask irrelevant or unnecessary questions. Moreover, the information you provide will be subject to rigorous measures and procedures to minimise the risk of unauthorised access or disclosure.

Pacific Health Ltd may contact you via email to invite you to review any services and/or products you received from us in order to collect your feedback and improve our services and products (the “Purpose”). We previously used an external company, Trustpilot A/S (“Trustpilot”), to collect your feedback which means that we may have shared your name, email address and reference number with Trustpilot for the Purpose.   2. Pacific Health Ltd may also use such reviews in other promotional material and media for our advertising and promotional purposes.

Pacific Health Ltd accepts the following forms of ID when information on your personal data is requested:
