Customs Delays

InhousePharmacy.vu will not be held responsible for any delays for goods in transit to you as the customer. You accept that your order is imported into your country and any delays caused by your Government’s Customs Department or the postal delivery service are beyond the control of InhousePharmacy.vu.

If your order fails to arrive within your country’s advised delivery time frame, you agree to wait a further 7 days before requesting a reshipment or refund. Please visit our Shipping & Returns Policy page for country-specific information.

Customs Charges

You accept that you may be requested to pay customs charges for goods you import. If charges are applicable, they will be payable by you directly to your Customs Department, and you accept that these charges are not the responsibility of Inhousepharmacy.vu to pay. You understand that delays can occur while Customs await you to pay these charges.

US Customers

If you are paying by mailed check?

Please be advised that when you pay by check, your check may be converted into an Automated Clearing House (ACH) debit on the account specified in your check. You grant InhousePharmacy.vu, its US agent, and its bank or processor to perform the such conversion or ACH debit on your account.
