We are very pleased to share that shipping is expected to resume within the next 24 hours. Qantas has advised us they are in the final stages of updating their systems, which will allow our parcels to be uplifted and shipments to the U.S. to resume.
A flight is scheduled for tomorrow, 4th October, and we are hopeful parcels will be uplifted then. If this flight is missed, the next available opportunity will be Wednesday, 8th October.
Please note that once shipping resumes, transit times remain outside of our control, and with the significant backlog of parcels entering the U.S., we anticipate some delays.
As part of these changes, going forward a 15% additional fee is now applied at checkout for all U.S. orders to help cover a portion of the increased tariff costs.
