We’re pleased to announce that operations have returned to normal, and customers have already begun receiving their orders.
If you haven’t yet received your parcel or seen tracking updates, please don’t be alarmed. We’ve been working through a significant backlog of orders dating back to 14 August, with four planes departing this week alone to help us catch up.
On average, parcels take about five days to reach the U.S. after leaving our postal agent, tracking information only updates once your parcel clears customs.
