Together, they help men with both erection problems and early ejaculation—offering a dual-action treatment in one oral jelly sachet.

Super P-Force Oral Jelly is a dual-action oral medication used for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation (PE) in men. It combines two active ingredients Sildenafil Citrate 100 mg and Dapoxetine 60 mg, which work in the following way

• Sildenafil Citrate 100 mg is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor that increases blood flow to the penis, facilitating the ability to achieve and maintain an erection during sexual stimulation.

• Dapoxetine 60 mg is a short-acting selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) that helps delay ejaculation by enhancing neurotransmitter activity in the brain.

Sildenafil Citrate works on the vascular aspect (ED), while Dapoxetine manages the neurological and psychological elements related to PE.

What does Super P-Force Oral Jelly contain?

What are the side effects of Super P-Force Oral Jelly?

What medications interact with Super P-Force Oral Jelly?

• Nitrates / nitrites (e.g. nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate, patches, sublingual, etc.) — contraindicated.
• Alpha-blockers for BPH or hypertension (e.g. tamsulosin, terazosin, doxazosin) — may cause symptomatic hypotension.
• Other ED drugs (other PDE5 inhibitors) — avoid combination.
• CYP3A4 inhibitors (e.g. ketoconazole, itraconazole, ritonavir, clarithromycin) — increase risk of side effects of both drugs.
• SSRIs / other antidepressants / SNRIs / MAO inhibitors / triptans — risk of serotonin syndrome via dapoxetine.
• Lithium — risk of interaction with dapoxetine.
• Warfarin / anticoagulants — potential bleeding risk interactions with dapoxetine.
• Strong CYP3A4 inducers (e.g. rifampin, carbamazepine, phenytoin) — may reduce effectiveness.
• Riociguat (or other cGMP pathway drugs) — risk of excessive hypotension.

Always give your doctor a complete list of all prescription, over-the-counter, supplement, and herbal products you use. Your doctor may need to adjust doses or pick alternative drugs to avoid serious interactions. Monitor for symptoms like dizziness, fainting, rapid heartbeat, confusion, or any neurologic symptoms.

Be extra cautious if you have heart disease, low blood pressure, kidney or liver impairment.

How should Super P-Force Oral Jelly be taken?

• Take one sachet (containing Sildenafil 100 mg and Dapoxetine 60 mg) about  30-60 minutes before planned sexual activity.
• Do not take more than one dose in a 24-hour period.
• It should not be taken with high-fat meals or excessive alcohol, as these may reduce effectiveness.

Super P-Force is presented in oral jelly form in a sachet, and the flavoured jelly can be taken without water

Missed dose of Super P-Force Oral Jelly

Super P-Force Oral Jelly is not intended for regular daily use but is taken on an as-needed basis, typically 30–60 minutes before sexual activity. Because it is not a scheduled or maintenance medication, missing a dose is generally not applicable.

However, if you're using it under a specific schedule prescribed by a doctor:

• If you miss a dose and you still plan to have sexual activity, take it as soon as you remember — at least 30 minutes before intercourse.
• If it's almost time for your next dose or you do not plan to engage in sexual activity, skip the missed dose. Do not take a double dose to make up for it.

Important:

• Never take more than one dose of Super P-Force Oral Jelly in a 24-hour period.
• Taking multiple doses can increase the risk of side effects such as severe hypotension, prolonged erection (priapism), or other serious health issues.

How should Super P-Force Oral Jelly be stored?

Store below 30°C, in a cool dry place, away from sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
