every promise & made sure things were done to ensure delivery of products.
I just want you to know that I can't think of any other company that is as

customer service is incredibly effective & gracious in all communications.
The updates on the order are wonderful, I know exactly how my order is

I was also able to get phone information easily. I would offer one suggestion: that the office hours and time zone be indicated on the website.
