We regret to inform you that shipping to the U.S. has not yet resumed. We completely understand how frustrating this is, and we want to be as transparent as possible about the situation.
Earlier this week, the U.S. government introduced another round of tariff and duty changes on imported parcels. These changes came with very short notice and directly affect how shipments are processed. As a result, we have had to re-negotiate arrangements with airlines, customs brokers, and postal partners to ensure compliance.
We are ready to begin shipping immediately once the final agreements are signed. Qantas Airlines has confirmed they are prepared to uplift our mail, pending completion of liability contracts by their legal team. This is the final administrative step before we can restart shipments. Based on current progress, we expect U.S. shipping to resume before the end of this month.
Unfortunately, due to the higher tariffs and processing fees, we can no longer absorb the full cost as originally planned. Going forward, a 15% surcharge will apply to all U.S. parcels (after discounts) to help cover a portion of these additional charges.
Any orders placed on or before Thursday the 2nd of October will ship at no extra cost. We will honour those purchases in full.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through these unprecedented changes. For any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us via email or phone.
Many thanks from the inhouse pharmacy team.
